BioName: Agent Colorado Age → 25 Weapons → Magnum (M6G Personal Defense Weapon System) Enhancement → Power Drain AI → Tau Personality → Colorado isn’t quite a genius, but he’s undeniably the smartest person in Project Freelancer. He’s good with numbers, remembers everything – seriously, the guy’s like a walking repository of facts - and has an excellent head for tactics. A very bookish, ‘in theory’ sort of guy who works hard and doesn’t complain, but is much more comfortable around computers and equations than people. In social situations, he stutters and overthinks and interrupts himself annoyingly often. He likes other people and wants to connect with them, really, he just can’t figure out how. His AI, Tau (, is ironically the more lively and personable of the two. Since his host can already perform a large number of the functions Tau was designed to cover, the AI is resigned to helping where he can and keeping Col company at all other times. Due to Colorado’s general lack of exposure to other people, Tau has grown to have trouble communicating outside of in-head exchanges and tends to speak in incomplete or very short sentences. History → Colorado had a pleasantly bland little childhood in a pleasantly bland little city called Fort Collins. No big trauma, no big…anything, really. He enlisted in the military for lack of any other direction in life and was quickly picked up by Project Freelancer when they recognized his exceptional skill in tactics and hacking. When the Project closed, he got out as fast as he could and has since made a living as a code monkey for whoever needs him: hacking, rewiring, staying under the radar and subsisting on a diet composed mainly of coffee and Pop-Tarts.
